  • Don’t shy away from coaching because you are a beginner. New triathletes need help making decisions about equipment, race selection, and training basics. Shorten your learning curve and get rolling quickly with a month or two of personal coaching.

  • All Coaching begins with a detailed initial consultation with coach to learn about you, your goals and how to get the most from the relationship with your coach. You will also discuss the plan options so coach can create one that works best for you.

  • Coach then creates a Custom Training plan that you help to design based on your lifestyle, your age and athletic history, your skills and what you want to accomplish in the long and short term.

    • Workouts are synchronized with your group workouts/Master’s swim schedule and race/vacation calendar.

    • Regular data reviews so you know how you are doing.

    • Pre-Race Strategy meeting by phone, email or in person.

    • Post-Race Meeting to review results, discuss where you are relative to your long term goals, and look at what comes next.

  • Beyond this, the difference between one level of coaching and the other, is how often you wish to communicate with your coach, how often you want your plan to be modified to accommodate your schedule, and how much one-on-one skill building you desire.

  • Best for athletes that want some accountability and guidance to prep for a specific race, looking to polish existing swim bike and run skills.

  • Weekly Feedback between coach and athlete through Post Workout Notes or in person at group workouts.

  • Email or phone call with the coach once a month, initiated by athlete.

  • Plan is posted a month at a time and modified upon request, twice a month.

Gold Level $399 and up

  • Best for brand new athletes facing a significant race challenge like their first Ironman or 70.3. This level is a short learning curve to get you up to speed at minimal expense and with fewer mistakes along the way.

  • 2 months at the Gold training level will teach you more than 2 years of training by trial and error. Athletes can move easily to the Bronze level after a few months.

  • Weekly feedback via Post Workout Notes and in person at group workouts.

  • 2-4 private sessions per month to develop skills, troubleshoot and discuss progress.

  • Weight management accountability and programming is available .

  • Plan is constantly monitored and updated.

  • The most flexible and all inclusive training there is…..based on your specific needs and schedule.
